Privacy

The short version: no cookies, no tracking, and we only keep what you send us.

What this site collects

This site doesn't use cookies, analytics or ad trackers. The fonts, images and scripts all load from this site, not from third parties. What you send through a form or a giveaway goes to the services named below.

The one exception is video. The Press page shows a picture of each video, and nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. When you do, the video plays from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and YouTube's own privacy policy applies.

Music pages work the same way: the Spotify player loads only when you press "Play here". From then on, Spotify's privacy policy applies, and Spotify may set cookies.

Newsletter

If you sign up, we store your email address so we can send you news about Tilt Guild releases and shows. We don't use it for anything else, and we never sell or share it.

Contact form

When you send a message, we receive your name, email address and message so we can reply to you.

Merch orders

When you send a merch order request, we receive your name, email address and what you'd like, so we can reply about your order.

Giveaways

When you enter a giveaway, we receive your first name and email address, and whether you ticked the newsletter box. They're stored in a Google Sheet in the band's Google account, so Google's privacy policy also applies. We use them only to pick the winner at random and to email the winner. If you ticked the newsletter box, we also add you to our newsletter. We delete giveaway entries within 30 days after the winner has been confirmed.

Who handles the data

The newsletter, contact and merch forms are delivered to us through Formspree, which stores submissions on our behalf. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may keep visitors' IP addresses in its server logs for security.

Removing your data

To unsubscribe, or to have your email address or messages deleted, write to us through the contact form or reply to any email we've sent you, and we'll remove them.
